Warranty Policy

We stand behind every Mello product. That's why each one is backed by our 120-Day Worry-Free Warranty, our promise that what you receive is made to last and built to perform. If a genuine defect ever gets in the way, we'll take care of you.

What's covered

For 120 days from the date your order is delivered, your Mello product is protected against manufacturing defects and issues that arise through normal, everyday use. If something isn't right and it comes down to how the product was made, we'll make it right.

What counts as normal use

Normal use means wearing and caring for your Mello product as it's intended, in line with any care instructions provided. Our warranty is designed to cover the things outside your control, like flaws in materials or craftsmanship, not damage that comes from accidents, misuse, or ordinary wear over time.

For that reason, the following are not covered:

  • Burns, heat damage, or exposure to open flame

  • Excessive wear, abuse, or damage beyond normal use

  • Improper care, washing, storage, or handling

  • Accidental damage, loss, or theft

  • Alterations, repairs, or modifications made outside of Mello

  • Normal cosmetic wear, fading, or signs of everyday use

Who's covered

This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. To be eligible, your product must have been purchased directly from wearmello.com or an authorized Mello retailer. Items bought secondhand, through unauthorized resellers, or via third-party marketplace sellers are not covered.

How to make a claim

Each order is entitled to one warranty claim, so we'll work to get it right for you the first time.

To start a claim, reach out to our team at help@wearmello.com with:

  1. Your order number or proof of purchase, and

  2. A clear photo showing the issue.

The photo is required for every claim. It helps us understand exactly what's happened so we can resolve it as quickly as possible. Claims must be submitted within the 120-day coverage period, and as soon as reasonably possible after you notice the issue.

What happens next

Once we receive your order details and photo, our team will review the claim, typically responding within 2 business days. We may ask you to return the product so we can inspect it; if we do, we'll provide a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you.

If your claim is approved, we'll process a replacement of the same item right away. If that item is out of stock or no longer available, we'll replace it with one of comparable value. Warranty claims are resolved by replacement only and do not include cash refunds. A replacement does not restart or extend the original 120-day coverage period.

Defective replacements: if a replacement we send you is itself defective, it remains covered for the remainder of your original 120-day coverage period. Just reach out and we'll sort it out.

Important details

This warranty gives you specific rights. It covers defects only and is not a guarantee against all damage. Mello's sole obligation under this warranty is to provide a replacement as described above, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Mello is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of its products.

We reserve the right to inspect any product before approving a claim, and to deny or void a claim in cases of misuse, alteration, or suspected fraud or abuse. We may update the terms of this warranty from time to time; the version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to your order.

This warranty does not affect any statutory or consumer rights you may have under applicable law, which apply in addition to the protections described here.
